KYmach is established in 1993 by Mr. Liu Guangzhi, the pioneers of China's Twin Screw Extruder. For over 30 years, we have always committed to be the preferred compounding and extrusion solutions provider.

After 5 years' joint ventured with Coperion, we resumed providing the top rated equipments and solutions in 2010.

We launched the first generation SHL series with a screw speed of 300rpm in 1980s, the second generation TE and CTE series with 600rpm in 1990s, and now the third generation HK, SK, and ZK series with 900-1200rpm.Our annual output reaches 400 sets.

We have delivered hundreds of comprehensive solutions, ranging from single set to full-scale plastic compounding production lines. Our All-in-one solutions include material storage, drying, conveying, weighing, mixing, compounding, pelletizing, packaging and palletizing. The in-process dust, wastewater/gas and water treatment are also included. We focus on processing innovative materials used in various industries, such as aviation, medical, electronics, new energy, automotive, home appliances, transportation, building materials, and environmental protection.


Our new R&D and manufacturing base will set the industry benchmark in the region.
Our History
2023

We established a new R&D and manufacturing base, aiming to create a benchmark factory for twin-screw compounding extrusion equipment manufacturing in the Asia-Pacific region.

2022

We completed the first digital delivery of the full domestic produced compounding production line

2020

We worked together to fight the pandemic and supported the medical industry with over 100 sets of meltblown Polypropylene material production lines

2018

For two consecutive years, KYmach outputs exceeded 200 million yuan

Laboratory

We have a laboratory which has 3 experimental production lines. It also equipped with loss-in-weight feeders and various pelletizing units (strand pelletizing unit, water-ring pelletizing unit, underwater pelletizing unit, air-cooled die surface pelletizing unit, direct extrusion, and etc.). This set-up offers the ability for customized solutions’ design and trial runs.




Factory Show

Our company covers an area of ~10000㎡with more than 100 sets of processing equipment and 10 sets of testing instruments (FARO, Zeiss, and etc.).
