Overview

Insulation material in wires and cables: A layer of insulation is formed around the metal wires to prevent current loss or short circuit.

For different insulation needs and applications, resins, fillers, additives, and etc. in various proportions are mixed and proceeded through twin screw extruder, which melts, blends, homogenizes, and produce pellets. They are insulation raw materials for downstream manufactures to produce wires and cables.

Main applications:

PVC cable sheath material, PE cable sheath material, low smoke halogen-free cable material (HFFR), peroxide cross-linked cable material, silane cross-linked cable material, TPE/TPU cable material, and etc.
