HKY 96-200 is mainly used for XLPE cross-linked insulated cable material: the upper stage is HK 96 twin screw extruder, KY produced high torque twin screw transmission box, the highest speed of screw 400 rpm, motor power 355-400 kW, the lower stage is SE 200 single screw extruder, the diameter of screw 200 mm, the highest speed of screw to 60 rpm, motor power 75 kW. Raw materials are mixed in the twin-screw extruder by weightlessness measuring the scale and then cooled by a single screw. The head of the single screw is equipped with eccentric water mist die surface and hot granulation.
After granulation, the granules are cooled in water. The centrifugal dehydrator is conveyed by a water pump for dehydration and drying. After further drying by a positive pressure boiling bed, the granules are conveyed to the warehouse for storage. The output of XLPE cross-linked insulated cable material produced by the HKY model ranges from 1000 kg/h to 1600 kg/h.
Customers can also choose SKY equipment with higher output according to production requirements, such as SKY 96-250: SK 96 twin-screw extruder with imported high-torque transmission box from Germany. The highest speed of the screw is 400 rpm, the power of the motor is 400-450 kW, the lower level is SE 250 single-screw extruder, the diameter of the screw is 250 mm, the highest speed of the screw is 60 rpm, and the power of the motor is 110 kW. The output of XLPE cross-linked insulated cable material produced by the SKY model ranges from 1200 kg/h to 2000kg/h.
