(hereinafter referred to as "KEYA Equipment") has configured three sets of equipment in the research and development laboratory. We provide better solutions for various polymer modification experiments in research institutions, universities, and laboratories of enterprises and institutions, solve production pain points, and provide a wider range of solutions for the polymer material mixing and modification industry.
The laboratory is equipped with three devices, namely HK26, HK36, and SK53. They can be used for various material blending experiments for polymer modification, such as filling, reinforcement, alloying, and functional masterbatch extrusion granulation, ranging from small sample experiments (as low as 2kg/h) to small-scale production experiments (300kg/h). They are suitable for continuous extrusion of materials in the pharmaceutical, food, animal feed, and agricultural fertilizer industries.
The HK26 experimental machine is based on the fourth-generation co-rotating twin screw design, suitable for small-scale initial sample blending experiments. The model can be reliably scaled up to the fourth-generation model, with integrated design, compact and flexible, easy to install, and equipped with Siemens touch screen for simple and convenient operation.
The HK36 small-scale production line has a large length-to-diameter ratio and can be used for mixing and extrusion experiments of high-fill materials. It can also meet small-order production with a capacity of approximately 50-100kg/h. Both HK26 and HK36 adopt volume feeding and are equipped with water-cooled strand pelletizing and air-cooled strand conveying pelletizing processes.
The SK53 standard production line is equipped with three loss-in-weight scales and an automatic feeding system, which can simulate the batch production mode. The three materials are individually metered and enter the extruder, achieving automated feeding and reducing manpower. The equipment is equipped with water-cooled strand pelletizing, air-cooled strand conveying, underwater pelletizing, and water-ring pelletizing processes.
