1. The combination of screw


The most remarkable characteristic of the co rotating double screw extruder machine is that both the screw and the machine barrel are designed in the "building block" style. The screw is composed of several components set on the core shaft, such as the thread element, kneading block, toothed mixing disc, retaining ring, etc. The barrel is also composed of different barrel parts (fully sealed, with an exhaust port and a feed port). According to the specific material, formula and performance requirements of the mixture to be prepared, through scientific combination, different types and number of screw elements will be combined in a certain order, so as to efficiently complete the given mixing task. By changing the combination sequence of screw and barrel, the best use effect of different materials and formulas can be achieved, and the purpose of multi-purpose machine can be achieved. 2. The combination of barrel

The modular design of the barrel can be connected by a flange or a tie rod. Usually a small computer is connected by a tie rod. Barrels are usually embedded with bimetallic bushings to improve wear resistance on the inner surface of the octave holes. To achieve precise temperature control, each barrel has its own heating/cooling design, thus achieving the best combination of cooling and heating functions.


3. Extrusion process
