At the 34th China International Plastics and Rubber Industry Exhibition held recently, Keya successfully exhibited two new twin screw extruders.
In this exhibition, Keya brought two innovative equipment, the SK70 Plus high performance co-rotating twin screw extruder and the SK40 Plus intelligent twin screw extruder, which fully demonstrated the two characteristics of high productivity and high energy saving.
The SK70 Plus high performance co-rotating twin screw extruder is a star product manufactured by Keya with its over 30 years of experience.
(1) Keya SK series models have the characteristics of high torque, high speed and large volume;
(2) This twin screw extruder has advantages of high stability, high efficiency, green and energy saving;
(3) All the key components are imported, and the service life exceeds 50000h;
(4) The entire production line is designed with the principles of "building block system" and "modularity" to achieve specificity and versatility. Through compounding and modification, high value-added deep processing can be realized. Lateral feeding, lateral exhaust, enhanced feeding and other devices are optional;
This twin screw extruder has multiple functional screw elements and 4D/6D barrels, providing a wider range of technological adaptability.
(1) The SK40 Plus intelligent twin screw extruder can achieve greater output on a small machine and lower energy consumption per unit;
(2) The machine adopts the high-speed and high-torque transmission system customized by the German Henschel Company. The overall strength and gear system stability are greatly improved. At the same time, the volume is smaller, and it is equipped with a more powerful lubrication and cooling system, which can enable users to use twin screw extruder safely and silently;
(3) The processing section is redesigned specifically for the production of high-quality master batch, and a variety of specifications of screw elements are provided to help the process engineer design the screw with more formulas;
(4) The screw and barrel are made of HIP powder metallurgy materials imported from Germany, with smaller matching clearance and longer service life;
(5) The twin screw extruder is equipped with devices such as lateral feeding, lateral exhaust, enhanced feeding, etc., and users can obtain greater output when adding large doses of toner, carbon black or other small particle size fillers or additives.
Facing the development status of the twin screw extruder industry, Li Yang, deputy general manager of Keya, said that the current extruder market is relatively a mixed bag, and the low-end market disrupts the mid-to-high-end market. Factors such as product quality and price have brought shock to the entire industry market.
